Your 5K Race Strategy
ALLIANCE, Ohio – With Alliance Community Hospital’s popular Steppin’ Out for Hospice 5K run/walk looming on August 27, physical therapy expert Eric O’Brien will present tips on preparing for the race and other training tips at the ACH Lecture Luncheon on Friday, August 5 at noon in conference room 1A (adjacent to the Café) at the hospital.
O’Brien, PT, MS, OCS, will address training progression, proper shoe wear, injury prevention and goal setting at the free public lecture. O’Brien has been practicing physical therapy for 20 years, with a specific focus on orthopedic conditions and he has become a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical specialist.
