ACH Community Care Center Residents Offer Assistance
Each quarter, the residents of the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />ACHCommunityCareCenter choose an outreach project to help the community or area organizations. This is a way of “giving back†to the community.

During the recent CCC Craft Show, raffle tickets were sold by the residents and volunteer, Jennifer Harriman, to raise money to provide coats for those residents in the area who may not be able to afford to purchase a coat.
After a recent shopping trip, 15 coats were purchased for children, youth and adults. They will be distributed in the community by a local agency.
“We love to have the residents involved in these kinds of activities. It gives them a sense of purpose while helping others. This is the second year they have undertaken this project and we see it growing,†shared Lori Underwood, Activities Director at the CCC.
